I changed from Verizon to sprint and I went to the Ramsey Sprint and worked with Sierra , Lisa and Najja . They were terrific! They were very knowable and pleasant. They all didn't take much in order to help me. Thank you for hiring great people. I'm glad i made the change.

I wish all Sprint store locations were as awesome as this one.... Every single staff member is courteous and professional. They set the customer service bar so high that it can become a problem. I needed to go a Sprint Corporate store so went to the one on Route 4 in Paramus and walked out of there in 5 minutes and will never go there again. I recommend this location to everyone. Even if you have to go a bit out of the way, team members here will probably take care of whatever you need in a way that will probably end up saving you time. 5 stars to every single member of this store.
