Cool staff...lots of games
Called store to check hours - phone answered by a most pleasant sales person. Immediately went to the store and was greeted and offered assistance. As a "senior", I was not aware that certain Nintendo 3DS games are not compatible on the older units. Sales person patiently took the time to explain it. Overall excellent shopping experience.
Don't pick up the phone
Worst customer service. Was there wednesday at around 11am and the cashier just kept talking to another customer about high school stuff while people are waiting. I mean Really?? He acted like other people are invisible and had to wait for him to finish talking nonsense with customers... Anyways will not ho there again..
