Stopped at local Petco to purchase a case of dog food. Price was higher than advertised on their own website. Questioned why and told to show proof so they can price match. Why ??? It's your own website price advertised. It's not on sale but regular price. Petco needs to change and improve their customer service and train their staff, than inconvenient their customers to show proof for price matching for their own advertised price and not to charge customers higher price than advertised. Will shop online for free delivery and price at another competitor. Lost my confidence with Petco's over pricing than advertised.

Usually slightly understaffed, however once helped always receive outstanding service. Just look around for an associate or a volunteer!
Worst place, worst service and thieves!!!! So we scheduled a training for our dog. They fired the trainer after the second class and cancelled the class. They did not reimburse but said they would let us know the next class and provide the credit. $170 never returned and no follow up. We also tried to use their grooming services and we did for a while until a groomer entered the scene that scared our dogs - they were so scared of her. She sent one dog home unfinished looking deformed and when I asked for them to fix it for over 2 weeks - continuing to call - they refused to honor it. The dog was butchered on Oct 27. For 2 weeks - calling and being patient and now they say they can't fix the bizarre butchered grooming they did to my dog until after thanksgiving! Unacceptable customer service! Do not use them for any services. They steal and don't honor their commitments!
Do not put any faith in the grooming center. I made an appointment over the phone for 4:30 and when I arrived I was told there was a "minor miscommunication" that my appointment was 12:30, five hours difference. There was no mistake on my part because I confirmed several times to the ass. manager on the phone. They wanted to go home early so they have had to make up a time. This has happened before but now my pet cannot have her hair cut before her major surgery. Never again.
I picked up some small critters here and the staff was very friendly in making sure I was educated as to how to take care of them, and let me know I was free to reach out to them should I have any questions. Very friendly staff and always pleasant to see the kitties on Saturdays
