My 7 year old Goldendoodle was always so nervous being left at the groomer until I brought her to Kathy Santo Pet A Groom. The Manager, Rich, and the entire staff worked with my dog to make the grooming experience a positive one for her. Now when I bring her to get groomed, her tail is wagging, she greets everyone enthusiastically, and leaves a few hours later with a beautiful haircut! From the moment I arrived with my two dogs, they were nothing but rude and condescending. My Shih tzu came out looking like a "scotty" and when I asked them to please keep his ears long, it seemed that it was purposeful that it was the only part if him that they shaved. My cock-a-poo had a nice hair cut, but, I would never risk bringing either back there.
Only place around the area who cuts cat claws.
We have always had very good service. Both our dogs return professionally groomed and happy.
