Came with a party of 9 for lunch. We were seated right away and the waitress came to take out drink order immediately. She was friendly and got our orders in shortly after. I had the souther burger and it was great. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we had zero complaints. Overall it was a nice experience. I would go back.
I almost feel weird giving Chili's so many stars, but I had a genuinely good time. The service was quick and professional and everyone was smiling. My watermelon margarita was delicious and refreshing. I branched out and tried something new (the chicken and waffles) and I loved it. It may be a big chain and maybe my meal was not too healthy, but they have some yummy stuff.
The service was excellent, the food was meh. My salad was sort of limp, though the flavor of the buffalo chicken on it was perfect. My husband got a burger with onion rings on the side which he added to the burger, and he was thoroughly satisfied!
Everything was so good i was really surprised because i had a bad experience with their food a few years ago but this one seems to have improved greatly!
Nobody greeted or seated us when we walked in. We sat down at a table but then a host told us we had to move. We decided to leave but then the manager came out, repeatedly apologized, and for the rest of our stay we enjoyed excellent service and delicious food. Because management stepped up and saved the day we plan on returning soon.
