I had a terrific experience, they were able to get me in within a half hour of calling. Doctor took a lot of time to explain and answer all of my questions.
This place was amazing! Staff was friendly, facility is clean, Dr Smith was professional, caring and thoughtful. And best of all...their pricing is VERY reasonable. Much better pricing then Oradell Animal Hospital!
Nice Doctors and employees. I brought my cat in because he had difficulty urinating. They did extensive testing which was all inconclusive. Then they suggested surgery for several thousand more dollars. A second vet resolved the issue for under $600 with a catheter, hospital stay, and a diet plan. RVH didn't even mention a catheter as an option which really pissed me off and made me feel like I was taken advantage of.
