Denise and Douglas answered all my questions throughout the entire process. We even went into the house to look at existing patches from leaks and into the attic to assess the condition of the interior wood ceiling. After a couple "hacks" came to my home for a recurring leak (you know who you are...) I was referred to Carlson Bros. Doug came out and professionally addressed the leak that others have been unable to properly address, but rather put chewing gum and duct tape on, only to have it leak again. Carlson identified the root cause of the leaks and remedied the issue with a new roof. The price was VERY good and the technicians did an amazing job installing... hell, even the clean up afterwards! Carlson Bros is the company to go with - no other.. they've been around a long time. If you need a roof steer clear of the "fly-by-night" crews selling snake oil. If the referral came sooner I wouldn't have wasted several visits and nonsense talk by roofing contractors that probably cut grass in their slow periods!
