This is the most dishonest person...do not do business with him!! I give him 0 stars because of his attitude and he is not trust-=worthy at all! He should not be in business!

Bill has always been trustworthy and reliable when I've done business with him. He painted the exterior of my home and his workers did an excellent job. Then a few years later he painted the interior including newly installed crown molding. I intend to use him again for my new kitchen.
I have known Bill For 35 years. I have worked for Bill, and have hired him to do work for me.I have seen his crew perform , some have which have been with him for 15 years.. They do precision work and as professional as it gets .I have never heard of anyone who has had a money issue with the company or Bill himself. Frank Smith does not exist. If you need professional and affordable work, Bill is your guy.
