I have been seeing Dr Rooney. I have never been so livid in my entire life. I left a message on prescription refill. Going back and forth with them. Dr. Rooney couldn't care less I was about to miss pills THREE PILLS. Took her sweet time refilling them. Finally, after going back and forth she renews them. I'm late 3 days. Body is all screwed up. I notice AGAIN. I'm not going to have enough pills till my appointment in June. So calling again for a refill and was declined because i was supposed to be there in February! I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT IN JUNE! SO yet again I'm going to be late! Dr. Rooney seems not to care that missing pills wreaks havoc ON MY BODY! So good luck if you see Dr. Rooney IMO she has ZERO concern. I will never recommend this facility.
I have been using Valley Center for Women's Health for the last 20 years. Dr. Levine delivered my first son and Dr. Faust delivered my twins. I have always had a great experience and Dr. Faust, who is the primary doctor I see for my annual check-ups, is wonderful, thorough and explains everything clearly.
Beware of the billing department at this office. They charged me a new fee for my annual exam this year which meant I had to pay out of pocket for a visit that should have been covered. I called many times to ask for an explanation but every time the call goes straight to voicemail. They would not return the call for days and sometimes did not call back at all. I never received an explanation. I will not go back.
