I especially like their monthly car wash plans...they do a great job with every visit!
Took 3 washes to get my car vacuumed like it should have been. Fernando the shift leader stated it was pure neglect. My FB review I got a lovely (sarcasm) response from a "manager" Brianna stating she "assumed" I meant tree sap and they have the best wash around and if it was an issue with the vacuum I should have paid an additional $7.50 to upgrade to the super vac (on top of the $33 I already paid). Once I clarified with her what I was talking about she became more snippy and told me to "read the giant sign." Plenty of washes around besides them!!! Don't need to be told by some kid to "read a sign" as a taxpayer in town supporting a local business.
Great car wash. Monthly plan is a bargain.
I have a monthly plan and visit this car wash every week. I wasn't sure if I could trust an automatic car wash at the start, but I want to keep my daily driver clean (especially salt-free in winter) and I cannot afford a manual wash every week. I would say that they really do a great job on my car, week after week. They really seem to care about my car just as much as I do.
